Hi all!  Here are some growth charts I made as a diy workshop for my Fit4mom mamas.  We do a MNI or MNO monthly, and this time I wanted them to have fun crafting with me!

1.  I bought 6 in x 6 ft boards at Home Depot.

2.  I stained the boards, I found that using a cloth to wipe the excess off works very well.

I let them dry overnight.

3.  I created the design on the Silhouette Cameo & Cricut & cut them out, weeding out the negative space. I taught the mamas to use transfer paper to transfer the design to the wood.  This font is called Cantoni  I love it!  I used Times New Roman for the numbers & rectangles for the dashes.  To number it – we measured the baseboards first then counted on from there.

4.  We used chalk paint to paint it in – Annie Sloan is my favorite brand!

And…it was a super fun night with the mamas!  Click here if you’d like to learn more about diy sign painting workshops!

Happy Crafting!
