I celebrated my 40th birthday with a group of friends this past weekend! I loved creating personalized crafts for the party!
Cardstock Signs
I found the idea for these signs in my facebook group.
I used the Cricut to cut out 2 layers for these signs – the first was glitter cardstock from Michaels & the second was black cardstock.
I had to use a great mat that could handle the load of cutting glitter cardstock – it’s so thick! I went with my tried and trusted strong grip mat that is built to handle heavy cuts like this. Make sure you get one for your big cuts!
The font I used was my fav – Magnolia Sky. It’s FREE!
Using Design Space – I created 2 circles inside of each other & added the words to touch each other and the sides. I welded it all together.
After I cut both designs out, I glued them together.
We used the favorite things sign for our favorite things party!
And…we had such a fun time!
Happy Crafting!
