Recently I celebrated my 40th birthday with a group of my friends. We had a staycation & went to some local Seattle venues.
I created a lot of party gifts and decor for the celebration!
Creating Tumblers
Creating the tumblers was really fun! I’ll share the tips I have & some of my favorite products.
To start with, I purchased 8 wine tumblers with lids off of Amazon… they were stainless steel vacuum sealed blanks that worked really well for decorating.
I used Alumilite to coat the cup using the epoxy method.
I used my Creative Cuptisserie cup turner to turn the cups and allow them to dry evenly.
The first layer I used Recollections black glitter from Michaels.
The next layer I added some silver holo dots from Britches & Bows. I love how they sparkle with the light!
The names were cut out on my Cricut using silver Cricut glitter vinyl.
The font is Magnolia Sky from free fonts. I love it so much!!
I used Cricut transfer tape to transfer the name onto the cup.
And…
I added some stainless steel straws & some pink ribbon.
And I love how they turned out!
My friend and I came early to our VRBO to get the party set up before everyone got there!
I also made workout shirts with holographic vinyl, labeled water bottles, cake pops, wood sign & festive signs for the occasion!
Happy crafting!
