I made some fun personalized gifts for my friends for our big 40th birthday celebration!
Shirts
Here are some of the shirts I made!
I gave the mamas a choice between a workout tank or a long sleeved after workout shirt, and asked them for one word…
Here’s what they came up with:
I used Cricut Design space to enter in each word and arrange them to the right size…
and cut it out on my Cricut with holographic vinyl.
On Amazon, you can take a look at the vinyl I used: Siser holographic vinyl – it’s got a low review score, but it seemed to work well for me. Do you have a different suggestion? Let me know! PM me on FB!
It was super fun to work with – but I did have to change the settings to holographic vinyl plus the “more” button because the first cut didn’t go all the way through.
I used the Easy Press to iron it on the shirts. You can use your own iron to do the same, but this device has made it a little easier to do. I always place my Easy Press Pad underneath.
I placed parchment paper over the design, and then waited for the design to fully cool before removing the sticky backing.
And… I love the way they turned out!
One friend chose the workout tank… love!
And it all looked amazing with my display as they walked in the house!
Happy Crafting!
